Flag Design Project - Iron Guard Detailed

This was made for a project in my Government class. I worked with 2 other partners on the research part and I did this whole design to finish the project. The instructions for the project was to make up a fantasy-country with a specific government.
So we named the Fantasy-country, "Iron Guard." The type of government was "Representative Government."

Tools: Krita, GIMP, (Mostly used the mouse instead of the pen-tablet.

How to do the border (On GIMP):
1. Make a new layer
2. "Select" > "All"
3. "Select" > "Border"
4. Adjust "Border selection by" however many px(pixels) you want. The bigger the number, the bigger the border.
5. Click the "Blend Tool" (Pic/Icon of a rectangle with a black & white gradient)
6. In the "Tools Options" window: Choose any gradient you want.
7. Click the drop-down bar(or arrow) beside "Shape: "
8. Click on "Shaped (dimpled)"
9. Click on the canvas (area where your image is) to fill in the selection-border
